    All home inspections come with a free lifetime phone consultation service.

  • What is NOT part of the inspection?

    A Pass/Fail of the house or purchase.

    Inspection for compliance with any Building Codes.

    A Warranty or Guarantee.

    A appraisal of the property’s value, or your deal.
