Vince holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Penn State University. He has completed extensive training from The Building Inspector of America, Inc. Vince has 25+ years of experience in residential rehabilitation and property management.
As a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, Vince maintains state of the art home inspection practices and standards through ongoing continuing education programs. Vince has personally inspected thousands of residential and commercial properties. In addition he is an educator for home inspectors.
Vince is in full compliance with the Pennsylvania Home Inspection Act, and Licensed as a home inspector in New Jersey. He has also passed a rigorous Peer Review giving him the designation of Master Inspector by Review®. Vince is a Haag Certified Residential Roof Inspector, and a Certified Home Energy Survey Professional, as well as licensed in Pennsylvania as an Insurance Adjuster. He also holds certification in Water Damage Certification from The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration. He is accepted by the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas as an expert in property damages, estimation, and restoration.
